As Compt Yusuf takes over mantle of leadership at MMAC

Apparently, expectations are high, as Compt M.S. Yusuf takes over the mantle of leadership at Murtala Muhammed Airport Command (MMAC).

As the immediate past Coordinator of Customs Strike Force Team in Zone ‘A’, with numerous achievements on records, it is expected that Compt Yusuf will replicate similar operational strength at MMAC; and even increase the tempo.

Yusuf, who took over from Compt S.K. Dangaladima, as the new Customs Area Controller (MMAC) has the skills and ingenuity to move the Command to greater heights.

Thus, Compt Dangaladima
who has been transferred to Kano/Jigawa Command handed over Murtala Mohammed Airport formation with modest achievements in revenue collection, trade facilitation and anti-smuggling operations.

Recall that only recently, Compt Dangaladima intercepted large quantities of military wears at the same Airport Command.

In his remarks, Compt Yusuf charged Officers of Airport Command to sustain their level of discipline and improve on revenue collection. He also sought for maximum cooperation from Officers, in order to achieve the Service objectives in areas of revenue collection, anti-smuggling
and trade facilitation.

He extolled the exceptional achievements of his predecessor Compt Dangaladima and expressed preparedness to always refer to him whenever the need arises.

Finally, Compt Yusuf thanked Officers present for their time and pledged to work in tandem with the vision of the Customs Management.
