Otunba Folarin leaving a void in our maritime industry – Says, ANLCA President, Tony Nwabunike
“Indeed, the demise of Otunba Kunle Folarin has left a void in our maritime industry where he had contributed immensely from his knowledge and experience. His contributions were no doubt, invaluable.”
These were exact words of the National President, Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA), Hon. Prince Tony Iju Nwabunike.
This assertion formed part of the condolence message, sent by Hon Nwabunike to the family of late
Otunba Kunle Folarin.
Nwabunike fondly known as the Great Colossus, added; “He was a believer in the emancipation of Nigerian economy through a robust maritime sector. Baba left us even when we needed him the more.
“News about Otunba Kunle Folarin’s death did hit me in a shocking manner.”
He went on : “Otunba impacted on me as an individual through his fatherly role in my early days. He guided my path towards professionalism in the industry.”
His words : “My sincere condolences to his widow, children, other members of his immediate family and the entire Nigerian maritime community.
We will miss his wealth of experience and love”.
