SIFAX Group gives more support to combat coronavirus
*Donates protective equipment to NPA

Few days after giving a whopping amount to government, as intervention fund to combat the deadly coronavirus in the country, SIFAX Group has again donated protective equipment to Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA.
Financial Business News learnt that the donations were made through NPA Liaison office at Tincan Island, in a brief ceremony.
Speaking during handing over of the equipment, the Executive Director, SIFAX Off-Dock, Capt. Ibraheem Olugbade, stressed that SIFAX Group is highly committed to development of the port industry and the nation’s economy at large.
As such, the Company is supporting government’s effort in tackling the deadly virus that is causing so much panic globally.
Items donated to NPA by the Company include; 200 boxes of hand gloves;100 cartons of hand sanitizers; 20 packs of special nose masks, as well as 100 boxes of nose masks.
Olugbade also said that
the items were given, in order to curb spread of the virus at Tincan Island Port.
In his remarks, the NPA Port Manager, Tincan Island, Alhaji Abubakar Umar, promised that the items would be reported to NPA headquarters and put to proper use.
He equally thanked SIFAX Group for the kind gesture and timely intervention.
Recall that SIFAX Group, a few days ago donated a huge sum of N130 million to aid the fight against coronavirus in the country.
