National development: NAGAFF empowers 8 young Nigerians as brand ambassadors
*We are building capacity for economic growth- Says Dr Aniebonam
(By Udeme Clement):

Apparently, the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders NAGAFF, has started 2020 fiscal year with measures to stimulate economic growth, especially in the Port industry, which is highly strategic in the country.
NAGAFF is doing this through youth empowerment.
The Founder of NAGAFF, Dr Boniface Aniebonam, pragmatically demonstrated this on Friday, when he formally endorsed eight young Nigerians as NAGAFF brand Ambassadors.
Addressing Journalists at the programme, which took place at NAGAFF head-quarters, Apapa, Lagos, Aniebonam said, “NAGAFF is empowering the youths for them to be resourceful and productive.”
This, he said becomes imperative to enhance their personal development, in order to enable them contribute positively to building a better society.
Looking at the faces of the beneficiaries, Dr Aniebonam asserted, “From this moment, you are recognised as Ambassadors of NAGAFF everywhere you go.
“We are ready to support you, to achieve your aspirations in whatever you want to do.
“NAGAFF is committed to creating capacity for productivity and nation’s building through youth empowerment.
“NAGAFF as an association is interested in developing the Port industry and empowering young Nigerians.
“This has always been part of our plans because we are interested in the young ones”.
He enthused, “Infact, it makes us happy as an association to see young freight forwarders growing in the industry.
“As you can see, we are taking freight forwarding to young Nigerians. At present, we have many graduates, who are into freight forwarding business.
“Some of these young Ambassadors are MCs; musicians and entertainers, yet they are still freight forwarders. A person can study any course in the University and still become a freight forwarder. The industry is very versatile”.
In his remarks, the Deputy National President of NAGAFF, Mr. N. Simeon advised the newly endorsed Ambassadors to represent the association well at all times.
He urged, “NAGAFF is a responsible association. As Ambassadors of NAGAFF, you must be of good behaviour in the society”.
Obviously, NAGAFF is driving the wheel of excellence in freight forwarding sub-sector of the economy.
Recall that NAGAFF empowerment of these youths is coming just few months after the same association gave scholarship support to many students of the Academy at its 20th anniversary celebration.
That was not all. During the same anniversary, NAGAFF visited Apapa general hospital and paid bills for many less privileged patients
