The Government of Akwa Ibom State, has concluded plans to pay workers the new minimum wage of N30,000.
The Executive Governor of the State, Mr. Emmanuel Udom, made this known.
Financial Business News learnt that Governor Udom has approved the implementation of N30.000 minimum wage for workers in his State, even as he assured that the December arrears will be paid as well.
Governor Udom also expressed great pleasure on the understanding and patience displayed by workers in Akwa Ibom State.
He urged them to remain dedicated to their duties and show more commitments, in order to enhance the development of the State.
