Seme Customs seize 27 trailers of foreign rice

The massive seizures of 27 trailers of foreign rice, 21 vehicles, petroleum products, Tramadol, textile materials, vegetable oil, used tyres and other prohibited items smuggled into the country but intercepted by Seme Area Command of Nigeria Customs Service, NCS, is still in the news.
The Customs Area Controller, CAC, of the Command, Comptroller Mohammed Uba Garba who displayed the seized items before Journalists at Seme border, disclosed that the prohibited items were intercepted within just two months of operations.
