Agents, stakeholders laud MMA Customs on administrative efficiency

Clearing agents and stakeholders operating within Murtala Mohammed Area Command ,MMA, are commending the new Customs Area Controller ,CAC, of the Command, Comptroller Shoboiki JT (Mrs,) Phd, for administrative effectiveness and alertness she is bringing to bear on operations at the Command, since she came on board.
Financial Business on a visit to the Command during the week observed at the sheds around NAHCO, SAHCOL and DHL that all officers were on their toes carrying out their duty diligently.
Also, some stakeholders in a chat with our correspondent at NAGAFF unit of MMA said that the new CAC does not want administrative bottlenecks that will cause delay in operations at the Command, revealing that during her inspection tour of the Command, she ordered for immediate inspection of some consignments that were awaiting examination.
Comptroller Shoboiki, who is the first female CAC of MMA Command, has within few weeks of taking over the Command, toured round all the units under her operational domain.
In the same vein, she held meetings with critical stakeholders, which include representatives of ANLCA, NAGAFF, Airline Operators and Terminal Operators within the Command, where she charged them to comply with government fiscal policies, to avoid false declaration and concealment capable of causing any form of infraction.
