- Says online report fake, false, misleading

The National Vice President, Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA), Dr Kayode Farinto, has declared that there is no order from any Court in the country to seal ANLCA’s National Secretariat.
He stated emphatically that any social media report on Court order to seal ANLCA’s National Secretariat is fake, false and misleading.
He urged the public to disregard such falsehood.
ANLCA’s Vice President explained that
Police men actually came from Zone -2 to the National secretariat of ANLCA because they were misguided.
His words: “Police actually came from Zone -2 but I know they must have been misguided
“There is no Court order for such action.
We all know that Courts are still on strike. So, one only wonders where the directives came from”.
Dr Farinto pointed out; “The Court has the power to seal anywhere only if there is convincing evidence why such action should be taken.
“But remember that their prayer in that case of Kano was that our National Secretariat be sealed, which the Court did not oblige them This action is tantamount to Illegaility and abuse of power.
I want to believe that the police goofed”.
